How to Change a Timesheet Approver for a Job/Order

  1. Navigate to the Jobs / Orders section in the main menu.
  2. Use the search menu to find the job you want to modify.
  3. Click the relevant reference number to open the job details.
  4. Click the Edit button (usually a pencil icon in the top right corner).
  5. In the edit window, locate the Timesheet Approvers section.
  6. Add or remove the appropriate individual(s) as needed.
  7. Click Save to apply the updated timesheet approver information.
