How do I extend a placement?

    As a Managed Service user, select the 'Placements' section in the Main Menu and locate the required placement by searching for the reference number.

    Once displayed, click the '3 dots' icon on the left-hand side of the job display. Select 'Edit' from the pop-up menu.

    In the 'Placement Extension' window that now appears, enter the new start or end dates, and if applicable, select the Authoriser from the drop-down list, and click 'Save'.

    Note that placement extensions will not be possible if any of the compliance documents required for the position have reached their expiration date.  The expiration date will need to be changed by visiting the relevant candidate profile and entering the 'Documents' menu.  Client and Agency users do not have the ability to make this change and should contact their managed service representative to initiate a placement extension.
