This feature of the Bridge comes into play when a user wants to extend the placement for an existing active job and placement extension approval is activated in the category settings.
The users selectable within the drop-down menu on the placement extension section will sit higher in hierarchy than the hiring manager and will be required to approve the placement extension for the requested job if selected.
This option is available under the Employer setting on the portal.
- Navigate to the Employer section on the portal.
- Go to Categories.
- Under Categories search the category required.
- Click on category rules.
- Go to placement tab and disable or enable the Placement approval option as required.
Note – only users with the ‘add/edit client categories’ privilege applied to their profile can administer these changes.
