If you decide that certain categories of jobs will be managed by your company (self-managed) rather than your Managed Service Provider, this can be set by selecting 'Employer' from the main menu, then 'Categories' from the displayed window.
Choose the applicable category and click 'Category Rules'.
Under the 'General' tab now displayed, select 'Self manage' from the process selection type drop-down.
