Why is a Job/Order not visible to the agency

    Overview:  

    If a job order isn’t visible, it may be because your account does not have the required access or permissions for that client or job.

    What to do:

    1. Check that your agency is linked to the client and/or location:
    • Go to your Profile Icon → Company → verify Linked Clients and Supplier Locations are set, if not, contact your program team to make the updates

    2.  If the above is set properly and the job still isn’t visible, contact your program team for further assistance.
