Overview:
Agency is unable to see the job/order reference “XYZ12” to submit a candidate, even when the agency is linked to the employer.
This occurs when the agency does not have the location that’s on the job/order under their supplied locations section.
For example, if the location of the job/order is West Midlands and this location is not listed in the supplied locations tab, the job/order will not be available to submit the candidate.
Resolution:
On Bridge, go to the agency option on the left-hand side.
- Search/ Select the required agency.
- Go to the supplied locations tab and check if the location present on the job/order is present.
- If the location is not present, then click on the add new locations option and the required locations as listed on the job/order.
Note: Users with appropriate/correct privileges will be able to perform the task
