My candidate isn’t visible against the job/order I want to submit them to.

For a candidate to be visible for submission against a particular job, you need to ensure the candidate has the required category and/or qualification enabled/added, which will be the same as the one listed on the job/order. The candidate should not be blocked by the employer of that job and the location the job/order is for.

Verifying a candidate’s profile for it to be available on the job/order:

From the portal, navigate to the candidate's section

From the search option, enter the candidate details and click apply.

In the candidate's profile, check the below two options:

1. Search criteria:

Under this, check if the required category and/or qualification is populated with the value that matches the one listed on the job/order.

Check that the distance and post code miles entered align with the job location distance.

2. Unable to work:

Check the locations the candidate is blocked on and verify this against the location listed on the job/order. If they are blocked at this location, they will not be able to be submitted.

Check if the candidate is blocked for the client for which the job/order is available on the portal.  If they are blocked by this client, they will not be able to be submitted.
