If you find a placement where the agency charge rate is incorrect or unexpected.
If the charge rate on a placement is incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Contact your admin or program team to request a correction, as only authorized users can update rates in BridgeVMS.
- You can contact the program team through the platform by going to issues on the left panel and submitting an online request
- Provide the placement ID, client, and correct rate when submitting your request.
- Once updated by the admin, refresh your placement view to confirm the correct charge rate is reflected.
Note: Agency users cannot edit bill/charge rates directly; any changes must go through the admin or program team.
