The bill/charge rate on a placement is wrong. What should I do?

If you find a placement where the agency charge rate is incorrect or unexpected.

If the charge rate on a placement is incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your admin or program team to request a correction, as only authorized users can update rates in BridgeVMS.
  2. You can contact the program team through the platform by going to issues on the left panel and submitting an online request
  3. Provide the placement ID, client, and correct rate when submitting your request.
  4. Once updated by the admin, refresh your placement view to confirm the correct charge rate is reflected.

Note: Agency users cannot edit bill/charge rates directly; any changes must go through the admin or program team.
