Overview:
For a timesheet to be visible to the approver, the user must have the appropriate Hierarchy/Organizational Role assigned in their profile in Bridge VMS
Resolution (for admins):
- Navigate to the required Client and then to Client Users.
- Search for the user assigned as the Timesheet Approver using their username or email.
- Click the three dots next to their profile and select Edit.
- In the user's profile, go to User Roles → Organizations and check if the relevant Hierarchy/Organizational Role is listed as per the job.
- If it is not listed, click Add Organizational Roles, select the appropriate Hierarchy/Organizational Role, and click Save.
Once updated, the timesheet will be visible to the approver.
Note: Only admins can make these updates. If you are not an admin, please reach out to your program team.
