Timesheet approver cannot see the timesheets/ jobs to approve.

Overview:

For the timesheet to be visible to the timesheet approver of that job he/she needs to have the appropriate hierarchy/ Business Area populated/Listed in their profile on Bridge.

Resolution:

On Bridge, please navigate to the required Client and then to the client users.

  • Search the users present on the job as timesheet approver with the username or email-id
  • Click on the three dots present next to the profile  and select edit
  • On the user's profile navigate to user roles and under the option Organizations check if the hierarchy /Business Area is present as listed on the job.
  • If the hierarchy/ Business Area is not listed as per the job, then please add the desired hierarchy Business Area by Clicking on “Add organizational Roles” and click save. 

Note: Users with appropriate/correct privileges will be able to perform the task.
