Why can’t I see the timesheet I need to approve?

Overview:

For a timesheet to be visible to the approver, the user must have the appropriate Hierarchy/Organizational Role assigned in their profile in Bridge VMS

Resolution (for admins):

  1. Navigate to the required Client and then to Client Users.
  2. Search for the user assigned as the Timesheet Approver using their username or email.
  3. Click the three dots next to their profile and select Edit.
  4. In the user's profile, go to User RolesOrganizations and check if the relevant Hierarchy/Organizational Role is listed as per the job.
  5. If it is not listed, click Add Organizational Roles, select the appropriate Hierarchy/Organizational Role, and click Save.

Once updated, the timesheet will be visible to the approver.

Note: Only admins can make these updates. If you are not an admin, please reach out to your program team.
