What do we need to choose between a shift and an assignment-based job/order when creating a job/order on Bridge?

Shift- The definition of shift work is an individual shift or a series of shifts that have a defined start and end time. There are many different types of shift work, such as split shifts, night shifts, and early morning shifts. A shift is created for a specific time, such as 9:00 - 17:00 or 22:00- 08:00.

Assignment- An assignment is a temporary vacancy that’s for a defined period of time.  For example, a month or 6 months..

For these types of jobs you select the start and end date as opposed to the shift start and end time.
