Why is a self bill not generating for the candidate?

    Check if the category setting for “Generate candidate self bill” is checked by navigating to the Employer section in the main menu. Select the appropriate employer and choose 'Categories'. Within the displayed window, select the appropriate category and click 'Category Rules'. Navigate to the 'Direct Engagement' tab in the new window and tick the 'Generate candidate self-bills?' option.
