Why is the Allocate Integration Log showing an invalid login credentials error?

    You may find that, on occasions, the Allocate Integration Report Log may show an error on the last service run that says something along the lines of "Invalid credentials: could not login to Allocate website with current credentials."

    This occurs when the Allocate integration service changes its password, which is usually every 30 days. This often results in the next service run failing due to invalid login credentials.

    You do not need to worry, though, because this resolves itself automatically on the next service run, where the new login credentials are recognized and the service then runs as normal.
