Why isn’t the Priceworks item available when creating a job/order template?

    To make a Priceworks item available on a job template:

    1. Go to the Employer category settings and ensure Priceworks is switched on.
    2. In the Employer Priceworks settings, verify that the Pricework type has been made available to the category.
    3. Check that the categories selected here match the category on the job/order template.

    If all these settings match, the Priceworks item will become available to add to the job template.
